This website collects the email address of every customer submitting questions or upon the receipt of a paid online order for a product or service. The email address is automatically added to the Ask Lawyer Newsletter. This is an Opt-Out newsletter, meaning that the user has the option of removing his/her email address from the newsletter at any time.

REFUNDS
Refund Policy
Since most of products and services are of immediate delivery we usually don’t give refunds, unless we were not able to provide the service or information you requested. However with all products and services purchased from this website within the 30 days of the purchasing date if you are not satisfied with the product or information provided we will try to provide additional information or another product free of charge. In some special cases we will provide a refund, the request for a refund must be to submitted within 30 days from the day the order was received. We reserve the right to not issue a refund. Refunds for credit card transactions are issued within 2 business days and will be only issued to the original credit card number and name used to purchase the services. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 business days for the transaction to actually post to your account. Please contact us for more information about refunds.

Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is from 1 to 3 business days. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible. Delays, although rare, may happen due to technical difficulties or due to issues beyond our control.
Ask a Lawyer Questions
Once you submit an order with a question, upon credit card approval your question will be submitted to a lawyer that will answer your question via e-mail in 2 business days. Be aware that the email with the answer may be flagged as spam by your email provider or software, and it could be automatically sent to the “Junk Mail” folder.
Downloadable FAQ
Answers to FAQ can be downloaded directly from our website. Upon credit card approval you will receive the answer for the requested information immediately, you will be able to see the information on our website and a unique link for the requested information will be created. This enables the customer to download the answer immediately. The link is only valid for 7 days after the first attempt to download it. It is highly recommended that you “Right-Click” on the link and save the file to your computer. Be aware that the confirmation email with the download link may be flagged as spam by your email provider or software, and it could be automatically sent to the “Junk Mail” folder.
