another product free of charge. In some
special cases we will provide a refund,
the request for a refund must be to
submitted within 30 days from the day
the order was received. We reserves the
right to not issue a refund. Refunds for
credit card transactions are issued
within 2 business days and will be only
issued to the original credit card
number and name used to purchase the
services. Please be aware that it can
take up to 14 business days for the
transaction to actually post to your
account.

Downloadable FAQ Answers
FAQ
can be downloaded directly from our
website. Upon credit card approval
you will receive the answer for the requested
information immediately, you will
be able to see the information on
our website and a unique link for
the requested information will be
created. This enables the customer
to download the answer immediately.
The link is only valid for 7 days
after the first attempt to download
it. It is highly recommended that
you "Right-Click" on the link and
save the file to your computer. Be aware
that the confirmation email with the
download link may be flagged as spam
by your email provider or software,
and it could be automatically sent
to the "Junk Mail" folder. For more information
