How our system works?

If you are a reputable and specialized immigration lawyer we invite you to apply to be part of our Ask Lawyer network and receive profits from this online business designed to help customers and immigration lawyers come together online.   Clients are able to Ask Immigration Questions to Lawyers, read immigration FAQs, and obtain general immigration information.  We have created a sophisticated online system so clients can pay and ask you immigration questions online.

Step 1.   The Client access our website and selects a Lawyer to Ask a Question with our online form.  Then our customer service department process the credit card payment together with the client's question, and forward the questions to the lawyer by email.

Step 2.   After receiving the email, the lawyer should answer the client's question by email in no more than 1 business day.  The attorney will receive the client's phone number and email in case he needs to ask additional information.  Once the Lawyer reply with the answer, then the client will have the option to ask him one more question for free about the lawyer's answer.

The Lawyer will receive a consultation fee for each answer that he provides to the customers. Ask a Lawyer service fees are relatively low ($95) to make the service affordable and appealing for new customers, especially since the real value and profit would be to attract new clients through this service. From the Ask Lawyer fees, we will deduct our processing service charge, and pay you the balance.  We expect that a good percentage of the satisfied clients will decide to hire the lawyer to take over their case or application and order additional services, producing higher revenues for the attorney.

As an additional benefit we will post brief information about each attorney, helping enhance his presence and credibility on the internet.

What do we ask from you?

-  Your commitment to answer paid email questions the best you can not later than 1 business day after receiving the question.  If the client has an additional question about your answer please provide a second brief answer about the same topic or your reply, at no extra cost for the client. It is OK if part of your answer is template-based to save you time as long as it covers the complete question.

-  Agree to pay us a one time promotional fee for each new client that contacted you through our service and hired you to provide legal services. If a client doesn't hire you for additional services you don't have to pay for this promotional fee.
