Downloadable FAQ Answers
FAQs can be downloaded directly from our website, you will  be able to see the information on our website and a unique link for the requested information will be created. This enables the customer to open and see the answer immediately, once you open the answer page you will have the option to export and save the file to PDF format. The link is only valid for 7 days after the first attempt to download it. It is highly recommended that you "Right-Click" on the link and save the file to your computer.  Be aware that the confirmation email with the download link may be flagged as spam by your email provider or software, and it could be automatically sent to the "Junk Mail" folder.

Downloading

I have already purchased an FAQ answer from your website, but don't know how to open your answer. The download link can be found on your receipt which was displayed on the screen after the transaction was approved. The receipt was also emailed to the email address you entered. Please check your email account's "Junk Mail Folder" as our confirmation email might have been mistaken for spam and forwarded to the Junk Mail Folder.

The answer will open in html format but you can export and save as a PDF.  Once you open the PDF files RIGHT CLICK on the link or file and select "Save Target As..." and save the file to your computer.

Late Download:

You can use our service "Late Download" to view the products you have ordered. Visit our late download page and enter your order ID and password. You can find the order and password in the confirmation email you received after you placed your order or contact us for help.

Common Problems

The download link does not work. How can I download the file?
All FAQ answers are available for download for 7 days from the date of purchase. It is recommended that you save the file in your computer for future use. If you are unable to download the answer file, please contact us with your order number and name of the product purchased. We will email you the file as an attachment or another download link will be created for you.

How can I open or save the PDF format FAQ answer?
All PDF format documents can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Some eBooks require the latest version of Acrobat Reader in order to properly open and print the tile. If you do not have this software it can be downloaded free of charge at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

I have additional questions regarding the application process. Can you help me?
We will be glad to assist you with any technical questions you may have regarding your orders. Unfortunately we are not allowed to give you any kind of legal advice by email regarding U.S. immigration procedures and regulations. It is recommended that you follow the instructions in the products you ordered or contact the nearest U.S. Embassy, Consulate or USCIS (INS) office for specific immigration issues.
